- The verbiage that reads "Shipping Included" has been added to the Product page. (#9388 - December 9, 2024)
- The verbiage in the Welcome Email has been updated to read "Thank you for creating an account with the National Training Center Store.". (#9389 - December 9, 2024)

The following changes have been implemented for the order confirmation emails: [#9437] (Jan 02, 2025)

1. The verbiage **"at National Training Center"** has been removed.

2. The message **"Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery"** has been added.

3. The shipping method **"No Shipping Method"** has been updated to **"Best Method/Vendor Discretion."**

4. The second **"No Shipping Method"** has been updated to **"Shipping Included."**

The "No Shipping Method" payment method on the Shipping Method and Summary sections has been updated to "Best Method/Vendor Discretion".
The verbiage that reads "This charge will appear under MUP-OHNTC on your credit card statement. If you have questions about charges please email Customer Care." has been added to the bottom of the Summary section.
